oxycodone controlled release questions please help

i have these oxycodone 40 mg controlled release pills with some questions. im an experienced opiate user, i took/cracked 2 pills earlier, took them in quarters at about 1 to 4pm that's about 6 to 9 hours ago. i want to try this parachute thing because it seems interesting, its 11 now, you think its safe to do anymore for today, i don't want to od. these pills are different then any other oxy ive done, even though i cracked and chewed them i think they're still releasing slower then a cracked pill would. i weigh about 200lbs, ice been doing a lot of roxys these past weeks, but no more then 75mg a day except for the last 2 days. i goto erowid and its no help in this situation, i need experience. what would you do? how many more if so mg would you do tonight, how would you do it because swallowing is weird, would you snort them if so how do i get that controlled crap off? how do i parachute? what the max you would do and the hours between you would do it? only experience people please and any abaqea are appreciated, thanks all

 

No one can answer this for you. everyone is different.

 

If it's been 7 hours since you've done.....80mg is it? Then it might be safe to snort/take more. I'd say you'll probably be fine, just don't immediately take another 80mg. Take it slower. Like try 40mg and see how you feel in an hour or so. You'll know if it's getting to be too much.

The half-life of oxycodone is 3-4.5 hours.

 

thank you, i realized i was just chewing these pills, even though im chewing it, it was still being control released due to the gel crap, thats why i was still feeling it, i had to crush them, put the powder in a warm water filled shot glass for like 15 minutes, mix it around every few minutes then down the shot, then i got my oxycodone I'm used to feeling. All i really wanted to know was what I thought, I have an opiate tolerance, and I know it wasn't at 80 mg but I knew the pills were good. Just ODing scares me. I know your body doesn't completely absorb the whole pill when swallowed, so even though I'm taking lets say 60mg orally, it's probably only equal to 30-40mg if I'm lucky. but the controlled release was messing it all up, now that I can take it normally I should be ok, thanks Geneity
