Things you love about YOUR unique dreads! <3

Everyones dreads is personal, and is definitely unique to each and everyone of us, not one man, can "copy" another individuals dreads. Hair does not work that way. So, I'm pretty positive everyone has something unique to them about their dreads that they Loooove~ .

I will start with mines, I use to have a "scene-ish" hair cut, and my front and side hairs are a lot longer than my back. Hell, the back of my hair is still not dreaded, but down the line I will have a lot longer dreads on the sides and front than the ones that are noticeably shorter on the back. This fills me with happiness knowing that's how it is going to look!

Now what do you like about your dreads?

i can't really say much yet because my locks are still infants... but i like having the ability to answer people's questions about them if they sincerely want to know. it's a way to practice what i preach, i suppose.

i love that every dreads unique
this 1 is long and thick flattened out and fuzzy neasr the end like a lions tail]\
this 1 is thin and ziggz zaggy with a crazy hook at the end
this 1 has 2 jaggedy dreads with 2 fuzzy lumps just above where they join that makes it look like some sorta creature
that 1 is kinda boring but i do like that its kinda lumpy
\same with that 1 but this 1 i like that its nice and thick but then splits into 3 thinner 1's 1/2 way down
even this 1 thats extremely thin right up to the big ol ball right on the end
what i love most is that i cant find 2 that are even remotely simulatr to eachotrher

 

my dreadies are still babies but there's one that likes to stand straight up when I get up in the morning
another thats hemp wrapped but does this crazy corkscrew thing

 

I love the big ones I want more fatties!

 

i love that since i had a mullet-ish haircut before dreads... that my dreads in the back are longer. i also love the whispies that everyone hates and everyone thinks is "wrong" or "bad"... i love the stray hairs!!

 

hahaha yea i love the whisps and fuzzies too
and i love that almost none are blunt on the ends too

 

I love that my baby dreads are changing every day!
