6 x 12 enclosed trailer and storage unit. Need opinions.

Just wondering.. what do you guys think about a enclosed 6 x 12 foot trailer that is 6 feet high inside. I can add an AC unit to it and make up a fake business and put advertising on the side that has a product that needs to be kept cool.. like meat.. A1-Quality Meats. Home Delivery available!

Also a storage unit with power in a really nice area goes for 120 a month.. I can fit the trailer in there and have room to make a mini work shop.

Now I wanted to use one of thoese storage things that people put on top of mini vans for long trips to hold all the carbon filters to kill off the smell.

I figured a enclosed trailer.. parked at a storage unti that I can give a fake name to would be the best way.. Install a hidden wireless camera... a break beam motion sensor with pager alert. ( great investment )

If you draw more power than needed youll draw suspicion, these places meter their energy like everyone else, Could you please explain how your using so much power in this little trailer? Not saying it cant be done. Bypass meter, can you do that? prolly not.

Oh im sorry I forgot something.

How I can explain the power useage is by having these big chest freezers that I have.

I will register a dummy corp for wholesale meat sales. I already had a business doing an italian deli at a local flea market. It did good but I got tired of the dump flea market people.
I have 6 really good size chest freezers in storage already. Now I can put them in there.. freeze them up.. and they will normally hold ice for a couple of days.

You know what.. now that I think about it.. I will sell wholesale frozen meat on the side.. but out of the 6 coolers ill only run 2.. but ill keep switching them so all 6 are cold at all times to explain the power.

I figured I would only need 2 medium size HPS bulbs.

Alot of these sites you can store stuff at go on a Honor system of energy draw anyways. They dont meter all the rental spots but a bank of them at once(say 20 slots) a Meter..
But still have a formula to figure out elecrticity consumption.

 

Well I would tell them that I own a frozen meat delivery service so my freezers might use some extra electric and I would have no problem adding 20.00-30.00 extra to the rent for it. I already had a business account with a local wholeseller so I would even bring him some steaks for a gift.

What do you think the possibilities are with a trailer like that?

 

yeah generally they dont care what you use as long as you pay for it. Same goes for house electricity..
Well its a good idea if you can keep a eye on it. Is it secure?

If something goes wrong with the power and your not around.. Its a death trap to the plants that are in it.

 

Yes its a nice storage unit.. and the area is nice to. Not to high scale but nothing old and rusty. I have used it before but I wouldnt use my real name this time around.
Secure.. yes completely. Plus I would put in a motion sensor system so if any one was around the trailer I would know. And if that happens.. I will never show my face around there again and eat the cost of the trailer =)

And I understand the power issue. I think by them knowing I run a frozen meat business they might not be to strict about me bringing a temp generator untill power is restored.

I just want to keep it out of my house.
I can think of many other things to do in 5 years then play basketball in prison =)

 

sounds like you have thought it out pretty will, Gererator is a good idea, set to come on if long term power is interupted.. Really if the power is interupted and say your using 4 hid lamps.. you can have it kick on a few low Floros keep the plants in tune, and.. so on. But its not concidered a problem short term.
I live in the counrty, I have a genertor if needed but thats only if its going to be a while and the grow is really going well and there is no sun to replace it either. but i still have to use extention cords. and I still have to be around to start it case of long term power faliure.

 

Yeah I already have a generator. I live in a state that hurricanes come thru.

I actually found a trailer that was 16 feet long.. 8 feet wide and 8 feet high and it already had an ac unit on the top. One of thoese aerodynamic ones.

Its a project in the making. Probably wont happen for another couple months.

I would just like to do a few cycles to get enough money up to start up my auto detail business and have some safety money.

Im not really the drug dealer type. And I only smoke here and there. I was told by a fellow friend (that also grows)that if I grew I wouldn't have to sell anything, just call him when its done. Plus I dont have to pay for lights and other stuff since he has that.
Just need a space.

Hes telling me to do a bedroom/closet or a whole storage space but I need to be exxxtreemmeely smart about this. I wish I could dig an underground bunker.

But I actually Googled and Yahoo'd growing in an enclosed trailer and came up with absolutely nothing. Couldn't even find a single picture.

 

we know a kid from a adult.. your doing fine my man..Not to many questions go unanswered around here anyways. If they have pic and good phrases.. You can usually tell whos serious or not. Yeah i dont sell either. But with close freinds we trade(money)sometimes for our products. But still.

 

I think its funny that a kid thinks he can plant a seed, use his reptile tank light and grow all this pot. Ive seen peoples set ups and all their plants were anorexic but they were tall.. which they thought was good.

I was never to big into the "drug world". Ive done xtc a couple of times along with coke but mainly in my teenage days. ( im in mid 20's now ).

I always had a green thumb and when I was younger I gave growing a shot and had good results. Then I researched and found new methods and grew better. If I got an ounce a month I was happy just so I didnt have to pay 100.00 for a 1/4 ounce off some gangster or surfer kid.

But I need to make some good cash so I can start a 5 bay detail shop along with anodizing, powder coating, metal polishing and ill out source painting and tint from my friends. With any job I can get now and with the bills I have it would take god knows how long to save up the money I need. But if I had 20k.. 10k start up and 10k safety I think I would be good. And at $ 3,000 a lb in my pocket I think it would come along alot faster.

Growing your own weed will save you lots of money, but Beware. Spending habits change as your income does. I found that after I started growing (semi-commercial) I became more waseful and bought things I didnt need but just wanted. But I havent spun out a Comgrow in a long time, even if we have dozens of fall harvested plants. That shit now goes cheeply and I dont have the time for mass cultivation anymore... I even now have some outdoor patches that are out of control and not managed because of time.. What happens to them isnt a big deal to me cause I have income. But damn living in the world that you need to have income constantly. I never relax and everything is so hectic now in my garden in the house, with work and all and a significant other that knows nothing about culting. Makes things even harder..
I havent crunched the numbers in a while . But current grows save me easy $1000+ ever 4/6 month.. You need it today with the Powers that be controlling the wealth..
Nothing wrong with making this cash. But when you let it get to you head and organized crime ideas start popping in you head..Its time to take a step back.

Well ive been around a friend who grows and he does it extremely well.
Ive always been tempted but didnt need the legal troubles.
But recently ive been getting screwed by everyone including my family.
I gave up my apartment, car and great job to help a family member that pretty much screwed me and left me with nothing.

And im sick of this life.. I grew up really hard and I think its time I get a breath of fresh air even with the risk.
I know how some people get with fast cash.. they get stupid. I told myself if I bought any toys it will be with money earned from my business and if I cant make that money with my own business then I dont deserve it because I will be the only one holding me back.

The only person that will know about it is my friend that currently does it.. and hes been at it for 6 years with no issue. Plus I showed him the law where I would probably get 5 years tops then the gun I would shoot him with when I got out if he ever gave up my name to clear his own. Ive known him for along time tho.

 

Yeah and one chopper flies over that, you're fucked. Heat from lights are the grower’s worst enemy, having that much heat inside the trailer just sitting out is a dead giveaway. That's why nobody does it. In a house it can be other things, like a computer server or even an oven.

I wouldnt dismiss the choppers, But I also wouldnt be to worried about it either. If you dont grow in a profile area you would have that trailer thing blazing and never ever know its there..

Its a really bad idea. Really bad. It wouldnt be too bad if it were on your property but havin it at a storage place? No fukkin way man. Think! Your afforded much less 4th amendment privacy rights at a storage place than on your own property. Theres just SOOOOO many ways your plan can get screwed up. If ya realy do wanna grow in a big rolling box maby you can do it in your yard. At least there youl have a handel on your security.

i personally feel if you have the capital to invest in the trailer there are far safer and more secure ways to set up a grow operation than what you are thinking about..

face it,, if i see joes meat market on the side of a trailer thats running away,, and im a thief,,im going to go get me some meat..

those secure storage facilities are broken into all the time..
the ones that have a security guard there 24/7 are going to notice that the trailer doesnt move and your plant maintanence etc. is going to be hard to pull off undetected..

i personally would use a room in my house and use the capital that you would use for the trailer to set it up with the latest in stealth technology and security..

mainly because even the trailer sitting in your yard running 24/7 and never moving is going to raise suspicion..
