Last night i went to sleep and had a nightmare i was falling then i awoke suddenlyy and ran down stairs to mmy parents to maker myself feel better then i went bak to sleep. Then i had a nightterror that i was turning inside out weird and si;ly but i awoke with tremendous amount of fear i was shaking and almost had an anxiety attack. What might this mean? How do u think i can prevent this?
There may be somthing in real life that is troubling you and causing you anxiety... can you identify what is making you feel anxious in real life, some aspect related to your life that is troubling you?
I had night terrors sorta like these when i was little like i would be in space and then i would get scared shitless about something which is relaly hard to describe and i would wake up scared as hell and delerious.
