my friends don't want to hug me!

well, i think the title says everuthig! all my friends hate hugs...

 

Lots of people are like that for whatever reason. They don't like having their personal space violated.

I have friends who do that and friends who don't dudes don't do it as often as gals.

Yeah, I know people like that. It does always kinda bother me because I feel like I wish I could hug them, but they don't want hugs. IDK, shower or no shower, I'll hug whoever I love!

I'm like that with pretty much everyone but the boyfriend. with chick friends, it's because i'm short and end up with breasts pressed against my face (just not into that..) and with family, it just doesn't feel right. i guess hugs just seem sort of sexual to me, oddly enough.

I hugged one of my my male friends once. Well he kinda hugged me and I didnt stop him lol.

Damn that sounds great.
What would happen if everyone would hug each other everytime they meet and came in contact with each other,all the time.Feeling compasion and love for each other.It may not change the world but it certaintly might help.

 

Hmmm I don't think anyone at school (friends) dislikes hugs. Some just give really good ones, but not everyone
I used to be friends with these couple of girls who didn't like hugging, and then after a while we drifted apart, and they hug NOW so maybe they just changed as they got older. Because that was at the start of high school.
But I love hugs from just about anyone

A lot of my friends are somewhat closed minded when it comes to hugs.
Many are too homophobic to give another man a hug.
But, I don't really mind...I'll break 'em in.
What can I say? I do, indeed, LOVE my friends.

we don't encourage touching and hugging in this culture. we encourage competition and isolation and mistrust. the hippie culture was supposed to overcome that, but it didn't.
