I think I might know someone that is a sociopath but they say they feel fear. I heard sociopaths dont have fear. He seems to have all the other symptoms. Could he still be a sociopath?
Unless you're a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist, you shouldn't try to diagnose people. If you think that somebody may have a disorder, the best thing you can do is give them a referral to someone who can help them. I am an undergrad psych major myself, and some people you just know have a specific disorder, but I don't have the authority to make that call.
