So the guy wakes up one morning and there's the Burger King in bed with him with a goofy smile, who gives the guy a breakfast sandwich to the slogan, "Wake up with the king!" And if the implication is too vague, he pats the Burger King on the hand, makes a weird face and pulls his hand away! What kind of marketing concept is this? What's the target audience?

It could have just as easily been they guy waking up with a giant hamburger or I guess they are selling some breakfast sandwich so it would be a bacon, cheese, & egg thing or something like that. I agree with backtothelab what's the big deal? Even if it is so what? This is the twenty-first century. Kings have been out of the closet for a long time.

I think it's pretty freaky to. It reminds me of something out of the movie Deliverance. All that's missing is dueling banjos.
Yeah.. The King kreeped me out too.... If I woke up and some dude was in my bed trying to get me to eat something. I think I'd be forced to kick his ass.
If the King were to knock on the guy's door and serve him breakfast in bed it wouldn't seem so weird, but this makes me wonder if the king is a queen. I mean, I know Ronald McDonald is gay as all hell, I don't have a problem with that. But please don't tell me there's anything kinky about Jack (please, no puns about Jack-in-the-BOX)!
