I wonder how it would feel to trip while fasting, it would be like a double trip since your senses are already extra sensitive while fasting, so the acid would make it even crazier. Has anyone ever tried this? Anyone know any negative aspects to the idea?

Also has anyone listened to Mozart's sonatas during a trip, i think it would most pleasantly amazing. do you? haha

I always fast before I drop.

    sometimes hours, sometimes days.

    The synergy is perfect.

I've had out of body experiences this way.

    godspeed.

Fasting before a trip with only water to keep you straight is a wonderful idea. It's not dangerous to abstain from water for a little while but it might make you sick, especially if its a heavy trip and you start sweating during the summer months.
And I hate to admit it but I cant stand Mozart. Bach, however, is beautiful during a trip :D

I love both Bach and Mozart, and vivaldi, handel, albinoni, corelli, gluck, etc....

From my meager experience these genres seemed awfully mathematical and structured for acid tripping. I figured they would've been relaxing, but I couldn't help ride each note in my head, and it seemed mechanical or arbitrary. I can't really put my finger on it so I'll have to trip again and give those artists another shot. It might just have been an incompatible energy at the time.

i always fast for a minimum 4 hours before a trip and usually dont eat anything except some fruit near the end of the trip.

for most experienced trippers this is the only way to go. the lsd will provide enough energy so you will not need food. remember to drink plenty of water but not too much!

Exactly. Like I said unless your talking a 2 day fast, which is not a bad idea, make sure you keep hydrated because feeling sick in the summer heat on an acid trip is not ranking up there amongst Nature's most pleasurable experiences She has to offer XD

Hahaha... just eat your L and you'll be fasting soon.

Its a good idea to eat before a trip, because you wont eat while youre zingin' and you burn a LOT of energy. I'm going to advise against fasting because being comfortable is more important, and if youre on some good dose, a "double" trip is the last thing that will be on your mind.

try bananas, grapes, orange juice, water, maybe celery or apple slices while tripping to keep your body going. remember, it'll be a LONG ride so you need your vitamins!

About the music.... anything played with feeling you will appreciate a lot more. an orchestra full of people playing sheet music may not have the emotion of a single dedicated soul with heartfelt lyrics or playing.

ah, that's gotta be it! it's just like on star trek TNG when Data the android played violin impeccably but didn't really move anyone because it was solely a scripted, contained performance, lacking soul/heart. You must have experience in these matters.
