ok, this isnt really a drug but it fits best here.

Ok my friend showed me how to do this today, it isnt choking yourself, trust me, im not that stupid.

You crouch down and breathe really hard and after about 30-80 seconds you stand up really fast breathing in really hard, then after you stand you plug your nose trying to breathe out of your nose as hard as you can.

I did this about 10 times today becuase i got to admit, it makes you feel quite amazing.

I find its effects more intense then weed, only they last only about 10 seconds and i have blacked out on one of those times today nearly passing out.

What I am wondering, is this safe? If not, why is it now safe? What is it doing to your body? also if it kills braincells, how many is it killing? alot?

thank you, dont tell me i am stupid for doing this either becuase i dont really know if it is or not.

  2. Asphyxiation is stupid unless it's erotic. Otherwise, you're an idiot.

It's the same thing as the 'choking game'. here are the dangers:

    Bruises/concussions (after a fall)
    Seizures
    Brain Death
    Brain Damage
    Retinal hemorrhaging
    Stroke
    UNEXPECTED DEATH

Other than that, you shouldn't have any problems. ;)

You should just practice holding your breath in meditation, like exercises.

Hell if you're gonna do that you might as well go pick up some computer duster. It's way more fun.

    http://www.fluoridealert.org/pesticides/trichlorofluorometha.toxnet.htm

Freons are toxic to humans by several mechanisms. Inhaled fluorocarbons sensitized the myocardium to catecholamines, frequently resulting in lethal ventricular arrhythmias. Because they are gases heavier than air, fluorocarbons can displace atmospheric oxygen, thus resulting in asphyxiation. These compounds also have a central nervous system (CNS) anesthetic effect analogous to a structurally similar general anesthetic, halothane. Pressurized refrigerant or liquid fluorocarbons with a low boiling point have a cyrogenic effect on exposed tissues, causing frostbite, laryngeal or pulmonary edema, and gastrointestinal perforation. Certain fluorocarbons degrade at high temperatures into toxic products of chlorine, hydrofluoric acid, or phosgene gases. /Freons/

its ok Gene. weve all done it including myself. I think if more people understood its actions and use it could lessen harm. Since it readly available at any Best"cough".. Circuit'cough'...
Occasional use of it would be less toxic to ppl, if they learned how to get the gas out of the lung cavity.. Invert yourself.. stand on your head and take deep breaths.. This gas is extreamly heavy!! This will blow out the gas..
Best if you dont do it at all. If you do I wouldnt get carried away with it..

It will pocket in you lower lungs and be corrosive as it warms and degrades,
I dated a nurse at the hospital I work at that swore this was no more dangerous than Nitrous oxide..
A nurse mind you that has the knowledge to look the shit up and research, she was a little hippy chic so I didnt mind her and corrected her.

YOU should not huff this shit out of a can if you do do it.. Flouro carbon huffing is popular in South America. And they use plastic bags... Automotive refrigerant are not as regulated as they are in the US, a can of Difluoromethane (R32) can be bought for around 3 dollars or even found discarded, since its so hot there.. Kids take the cans and puncture them placing a bag over it to catch it, those that are hooked on it even puncture air conditioning units to get the gas to get high on. As some say it makes you see the Eye of God.
As Civilization takes over in SA< its GODS are in the air..lol.

It has made me hallucinate. I've honestly had some rather cool experiences. It's put me into full blown psychedelia. Hearing people talking to me, seeing shit, thinking I'm in a different world. I'm talking of Difluoroethane. I'm pretty sure that's what it was. Damn huffing. Then I discovered how bad it was, and better, safe drugs =P

There is almost no difference in this than choking, inhaling air duster, and other stupid dangerous shit only very desperate people do. How can anyone possibly think depriving your brain of OXYGEN is safe OR fun? What happened to people being satisfied with weed and other stuff that isn't going to make you a drooling idiot?

DejaVoodoo, did you read ANYTHING that we wrote? The N2O high is not from depriving your brain of oxygen. Sorry, you are wrong about nitrous my friend. You may not enjoy it, but it is not dangerous.

I didn't say N20 was dangerous. In fact I wish that was all he was doing. I was referring to the OP depriving himself of oxygen being dangerous.
