So yeah, that's how I got my boy. I pretty much stole him. My sister and I went for a walk down the back of our street and this sweet cat came up to us and was rubbing on us and wanting us to pet him. We thought he was a girl at first, lol. He was so skinny, and he had this knot in his stomach. I just felt so bad for him. Well, finally we decided to get on home 'cause it was getting dark and he starts following us. At first I didn't want him to, then I thought 'well hell, if he follows me home, it's not like I took him.' He followed us a good ways, then he started to get nervous and I picked him up and we ran home. It's probably the worst thing I've ever done, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Surprisingly, the neighbors we took him from never came looking for him. Haha. Their loss. Jacoby
That's sweet. I bet, somewhere, there's a feline goddess who'll look out for you, the same way you looked out for Jacoby. I'd feel horrible if it was my cat, and you took it, though.
Yeah, I think about that sometimes. Maybe they have kids or something and I took their kitten. But he's happy here, so I'm ok with what I did.
Give the kitty a little kiss on the ear for me! Also, my cat was a pregnant stray, dropped off by a car, which an employer of mine fed, outside his house. He gave away most of the kittens, except one. The last kitten was hit by a car. When December came around, and I asked about (my cat) when I came to work, he said she was so cold that she wouldn't move. So, I brought her home and have had her for ten years.
i have stolen a cat, kept it at my house overnight, fed it, took care of it , gave it treats, then dropped it back off at its house.... it was soo funny, i left pictures of the kitty at my house on there step to
Aw, sweet stories. My neighbor told me about some people who threw a kitten out of their car window and it was laying in the road for a little while before someone finally rescued it. I think he ended up ok.
u could have taken one or two of my cats. we live out in the country so people are always dropping off unwanted cats and my neighbor(well before he killed him self anyways) had a habbit of using cats as target practice so we ended up with about 6 cats, plus a couple cats we just keep outside. we always feel so bad for baby animals that people just drop off out here we always take them in and if we cant find them a home we keep them.
I love this story and like your cat even more. He looks like my kinda dude. And he kinda looks like my baby Socks that died around Christmas. We stole my mama's cat Kitzel, cuz he was abused. Then they stole him back, so we showed them his vet bills from when we got him fixed and mentioned being compensated, so they gave him back, lol. Here's a rare glimpse of him on the can.
