Who here has Mad Season? What a great album.
I like their older stuff much better than their new stuff.

So what do y'all think of them?

I think they're pretty lame and unoriginal... even by corporate rock standards.

I love Mad Season. I think it's the best CD they've put out.

I still have it somewhere. :)

what are you talking about? they've been around since at least the mid 90's.
which as far as I'm concerned is back in the day.

i said 96(post #10),,but the album everyone was referring to came out in 2000. i DONT consider 96 "back in the day"..

but then again im sure most who post in this forum were not even born in what i consider "back in the day",,so i guess i shouldnt expect anything less...

can't "back in the day" be subjective, old man?

i think i just implied that..

why should i expect someone 20 years younger than me would consider anything less??

i consider back in the day when, you could get 3 pieces of bubblegum for a penny, when you could get five loaves of bread for a dollar, when a energy crisis meant people waited in lines for gas at the outrageous price of 49 cents a gallon..

you know "back in the day" of "old school" zz top or aerosmith... lol

i don't particularly love matchbox twenty, but i occasionally hear a song and feel somewhat sentimental because it reminds me of my early teen years... all them good times i had. :)
