I found English Muffins!

And if the grocery store had them there the whole time, I feel totally dumb, but now I have some English Muffins and it's time to celebrate!

Indeed! Except I don't have/like eggs, so I'll just have ham and cheese McMuffins.

 

Mmmmm.. English muffins... Mmmm McMuffins. Yum.

I wouldn't mind one of those right about now.

 

my sister in law makes AMAZING egg mcmuffins. it's funny, you can't call it anything but that and have anyone understand what you're talking about. it's like calling a tissue a kleenex.

 

i even have the little round thing to cook my eggs in to make them even more like egg mcmuffins....

and yay for finding english muffins...they are one of my favorite breakfast breads...they are also delicious as hamburger buns....

 

I always thought they tasted, well, weird. I'm much more of a bagel chick myself.

 

I love the texture and that powdery stuff on them. Aaaahhh, loooove.

 

they're so chewy/crispy. whenever i go home, my mom makes me eggs benedicts. oh, the joy.

 

Ham mostly sucks. Put some burnt-to-a-crisp-bacon in there.

 

nah. canadian bacon all the way.

 

I don't care where it's from as long as it's burnt to a crisp.

 

i hate overcooked bacon. it makes me feel ill.

 

And raw bacon doesn't?

 

that would be UNDERcooked bacon. i like it cooked.

 

I'm not a big bacon fan, mostly because the grill at work has spoiled me when it comes to cooking, and it takes fucking forever to cook bacon in a frying pan on a gas stove.
