Ok so i thought was pretty funny. One night me and some friends decided we were gunna go partying, well along the way to the party we got pull over for a dim headlight we had quite a bit of stuff on us and had 6 in the car (2 is the limit) the cop had just let us go with a warning. Well we then dropped of the other people we had with us because me and my other friend had to be back home and be to work the next morning. Well on the way home we decided to stop by his brothers and pick up some booze for later. Well once we got there we were greeted with a new pipe, so of course we smoked a bit. I had got ahold of a fifth before we left. While we were pulling out we get pulled over again for a dim headlight, but this time they decided to search the car. I was a little tipsy at this point and a little buzzed. After searching the car he wanted to search us, my friend had put his pills in his wallet and i had a fifth in my pocket (they were really deep pockets but the cap still stuck out) well i pulled the greatest drunk move ever, i simply said i dont like to be touched. All he made me do was pull my close tight to my body, when i did it though i pulled the bottle back so he wouldnt see it. We ended the night finally home. But it was complete and utter bullshit that the searched the car for a dim headlight. Thats not right, and if we had refused they would have taken us both in for suspicious activity.
Lol, they can't take you in for "suspicious activity" nor can they search the car because you have a dim headlight. Learn your rights hombre.
People let cops get away with so much when they dont exercise their rights. Its great that you got away though. Quick thinking with the bottle. The cop obviously wasnt very thorough if he didnt see a fifth of booze sticking out of your pants. I cant figure out how you got away with that. Maybe the cop was drunk too.
well normally i would have, but with the state i was in i didn't wanna test it. And as for having a fifth stick out and getting away i was amazed to, i honestly have no clue how i did.
