So I've had this terrible sore throat and on and off fever since sunday. Last night I still felt shitty but it was the last day of school so I decided I'd just toke up for celebration. I only smoked a small bowl out of my bong. Now I have to go into the doctor to get tested for strep. Now I know they're not going to drug test me, but will the doctor be able to tell I've been smoking by examining my throat? Also, I've been given one of those teenage question sheets once before and it asks if I have ever smoked marijuana. I have excessively, but I'm not sure I'm ready to show that to my doctor. Would it be smarter to just check yes? Luckily I'm not going with my parents so I wont have that to worry about.
Tell him, he can't tell your parents legally. But we all know he will anyway, like when it happened to me. He told my mom I've been smoking weed, she acted all surprised and stuff lol (she knows and lets me lol). And yes he'll know, for sure.
It would be good to be completely honest with your doctor, in case something with marijuana is making your throat even worse. But if you're not ready to tell your doctor, then I'm sure you could just not mark it off that you have smoked.
You just have to tell him, he can't call the cops or anything. He'll just be like "Oh you shouldn't be doing that it's bad". Really if you think about it he's not going to care at all. He's a doctor he's seen people puke weird shit up and have people tell them they can't stop shitting their pants. The guys probably given birth or something, I'm pretty sure him finding out that a teenager smokes pot isn't going to make him bust a nut.

Yeah, I doubted there was any way your doctor would know you are smoking weed from just looking at your throat, Lol. I don't know what Captain Cannabis is talkin about. But anyway, sorry to hear about your strep throat, that suucks! I had something like that not that long ago. Take it easy on the tokin, or your throat will never get better!
Lol. I've had a cough for weeks now because I refused to quit smoking weed/cigs until I got better. It FINALLY just went away.
When I went I had to go to an ERT (ear nose throat specialist) and they said the walls of my throat looked irritated. whatever that means anyways lol.
smoke inhalation is definitely not gonna help your throat at all.. its just gonna continue to get irritated by the smoke... sometimes ya just need to lay off..
