See I dont think that's correct, no-one was protecting anybody in this circumstance, again just a worker being overzealous with his work instructions.

expand who was pathetic and why, we could all assume of course that you must mean authority because that's what this place seems to be for, but then again you could just as well mean the fuss made about a trivial incident, or perhaps even the gent wearing a childish T-shirt

it is fucking ridiculous and people should be allowed to wear whatever they choose. just because you see it as childish, doesn't mean that (1) it is, and (2) that it should even matter to the discussion at hand.

it's absolutely ridiculous that people are this petrified of what could possibly offend someone.
