this is from a text that i sent my friend...when she needed some words of wisdom....i thought about getting up and taking something from a book, buti said to myself use you big heart and it would turn out much better....so i said.......if people only knew the meanings of a clear mind ...you ever wonder why the simple things in life take your breath away...we constantly fight and play with less non important issues life has to offer. if we could just be free we would no longer have to fight with our own minds and stop being our own enemy..you gotta be willing to smile and say hey...o i love the way simple things take you breath away....love is all i have
