Cutting off your own penis.

When I was an art student a long time ago there was a story around about an "artist" who cut his penis off as some kind of conceptual statement...never saw verification on it, though...today this story would be referred to as an urban legend.

Regarding mentality, I'd guess people who resort to self-mutilation like this are psychotic in the extreme.

I would do almost anything for lets say 10 Million, but you couldn't give me all the money in the world to cut off my dick. I'd rather lose a few toes for a couple million, but no one's getting near my cock with a knife
