Modest Mouse has a permanent home amongst my favorite bands. Isaac Brock is my favorite lyricist ever! I couldn't begin to describe how vivid and beautiful the images are that I see in my head while listening. They were also my first concert experience back in 2005, they opened with "Dramamine" and that opening bass was the most haunting thing I've ever heard.
