This movie will be kick ass, and im not really into epic battlescene films. I really liked Braveheart, and i can see Mongol being equally as awesome as that movie. There are two questions i have. How well will this movie recreate history? I never know to think of historical fiction films. What's real? Does anyone know where this film will be released? I wanna see this movie and it did not open here on June 3. We have a cineplex where it should be playing and it was even featured in their print publication of upcoming movies but I can't seem to find when it opens here. Definitely piques my interest and from the theater paper it has been researched by the Russians doing the movie, so it should be as accurate as any bio with very little actual written account (except for all the bad press from his conquered lands). It will feature his relationship with his first wife, who was a close advisor to him.
