If anything I've always found women to be far more open about masturbation than men. After all, in the UK at least, they have their Ann Summers parties (I believe Victoria Secrets is the equivalent in the US, but unsure if they also hold the home sales parties), where they buy all sorts of sexual aids, such as vibrators, dildoes, etc - in fact, an entire sex shop in your own home. However - could you imagine such a similar sort of party for men?
