It makes a guy feel real good when a girl approaches him. You don't need to let on that you like him... just start a conversation sometime. If you get to know him better and still are interested, make a move.
if you can't bring yourself to talk to him, then nothing will ever happen with him. simple fact. you can read that again for dramatic effect if you like. you don't have to let them know you like them, or compliment them, at least not at first. to say hi and meet the person is the most important step of all. everything else you can handle down the road. this is at times difficult to understand, for anyone. but it's not a big deal. really. if you think talking to a person is a big deal, then it will be. but in reality, it's just a conversation. and the worst thing that can come from a conversation with a person you've never spoken to before is a bruised ego. is that really worth worrying so much about?
