Myself and my husband Ian have a website - blog.gardenlend.co.uk - which aims to bring neglected gardens and keen gardeners together. There are so many idle gardens about in the world that could be put to good use growing fruit, vegetables and flowers, and so may people stuck in apartments that would love to garden. With food miles and food shortages such a big issue, it makes sense to grow your own in your own neighbourhood.
