What is Adderall? What is a hit of Speed?

I know Adderall is an amphetamine pharmaceutical, but is it speed? I love doing speed. I don't like dealing to get speed. Around here when I buy speed, it's a pill. So what pill are they selling me? Is it Adderall? I want to get perscribed so I can keep getting the speed high I want occasionlly. So what should I get perscribed for? I was thinking about Adderall, is that speed? I want whatever my dealer sells me when i go in and ask him for a hit of speed and he gives me a pill, how do i get perscribed for that? I mean it has to be some kind of pill that comes from a doctor isn't it? Thanks

 

yeah i know adderall is a type of speed , ive asked a couple people who have done meth quite a bit and they say its scary how similar adderall is to it.. the tweaking part anyway
