The annual fee for the chatroom is due, and apparently it's now $125. So that means we need 12 more donations (we got one already) so we can restore our advanced version of the chatroom to you. Under the free version currently running, we have no modding abilities at all, and we've lost all the special features we setup last year. Call me what you will ..but I am asking the regulars from chat,and you all know who you are...but ...as usual the issue with the chat room is money oriented...and you can bad mouth Skip all you want...but facts are facts...we live in a capitalistic world...and thus it is fueled by money....in order to get our own little world back...which we all have come to enjoy...cash is needed....anybody who uses chat on a regular basis ...and who smokes...equate the individual dues to 2 or 3 packs of smokes....not a very bad outlay for the times spent in chat with friends...I know none of us are rolling in cash..and most of us live day to day off of meger funds....but in all actuality...$10 spent verses the amount of hours spent in chat over the course of a year...is really one of the best "capitalistic" deals we are afforded....in order to keep the chat room the way it was funds are needed....and I am asking the regulars to step up to help keep something alive we have all come to enjoy...I am making this request as myself fylthevoyd (Greg)...not as some evil money grabber sucked into the commercial vortex of capitalism.....Courtney and I have offered to foot the bill for the chat room.....but Skip doesn't think it right that an individual carry the masses....so that in it's self should disspell some of the opinions that Skip is money hungry.....this is a site of people and friendships...and friends are people who help one another.....so I am asking my friends....give us a hand...so we can kick back and enjoy a :spliff: and a :cheers: and have the ability to keep the fools and pain in the asses in check....ridicule me if ya want...but those that know me...know I am anything but money oriented...and to make a request for it...is so out of character for me...hell if I was going to ask for money for myself...it would damn sure be for more than ten bucks...hell pay my bills so I can quit working and smoke dope all day.....any way...if we want our room back..basically...rent is due

Hmm, I've not used the chatroom, and I'm currently between debit cards (I'm terrible at losing stuff), but I shall be donating as soon as the new one comes through! And hey, maybe I'll use the chat since I've helped pay for it
LOOOOOL Donations for something that can be done for free....Fact of the matter is there's a ton of other website based chat programs that can be used(with moderation and features)for the low low price of FREE. Back in the irc days.... wait I better not mention that or I'll be lynched OH NOES...sry .. Pls 2 give us ur monies thx!! fail!
