Get a prostitute if you're that desperate... otherwise, be patient... you'll meet another girl you're into soon, and just play it cool. You're young, you have plenty of experience awaiting you.
Honestly, actively TRYING to get laid will probably yield less than successful results. Just be patient, it'll happen when it happens. Or find yourself a hooker.

Be witty, but also don't be really nice. Be a bit of an asshole. Then just see which seeds grow into fuckable plants.

Girls like fun, confident guys. Thinking you're unattractive and focusing on the sex aspect is not gonna work for you. It'll happen when it happens is the truth. However, you can help the process along a bit. Like mentioned before, just talk to a handful of girls every day. Don't make it goal oriented; it should be short, innocent, and upbeat. Also, put a little efffort into your appearance/fitness. Even if you're already in good shape and well groomed, it'll make you a little "shinier" than you are now. To be honest, you're absolutely normal for 17. You want sex, you think all your friends are having it, and you'll never get it. Many/most people don't have sex unntil they're your age or older. Your friend who are always bragging about sex are having the least.
I'm 22 and have only had sex once! (3 years ago )I feel like I'm missing out on a part of life... but I'll get there soon (I keep sayin that to myself). Yeah, I really don't think that works? Never worked on any of me or my friends I know that much. Like someone said, concentrating on it will make you seem desperate. Be calm (! easier said than done). Confidence, being original, not desperate. Girls don't like when a guy is an asshole, believe me. But being a bit unavailable is appealing. Good luck!
Trust me, once you go to uni or start going partying/clubbing, you'll be banging girls in no time. Alcahol will be your best friend.

don't rush it with just anyone. i was 21 when i first had sex, and i built it up to be this grand experience. maybe a second time would be better but hasn't happened again and it has been 8 years. i hate to say it, but i had alot of rejections and things turned ugly. i was trying to talk to this girl at work, i worked with a bunch of assholes who only made fun of me. so i tried to find times when the jackasses weren't around. long story short, she mistook my lack of confidence to talk to her and whatnot as stalking (it wasn't my intention, and i've kind of stopped trying out of fear i would be misunderstood on that again) after that i had told myself if i haven't had a date by the time i'm 21, or something else good happen in my life, i was going to end my life. well 21 came and went and i was just so ready for something to be different i had sex with a kind of skanky chick, and it wasn't how i expected. not saying wait til marriage but don't jump at first chance. sorry for typing so much.
