I hear that its good to take Lucy while in the company of close friends of yours so that they can calm you down if it ends up being a bad trip... I was wondering if it would be alright to do so by yourself... I was planning on tripping once I get some, but none of my friends are into drug using, and definitely wouldn't go...
as long as you have a healthy mind, you'll have fun. i like to trip alone, but others wouldnt recommend it. i mean if its your first time, do it with someone cause it'll put your mind at ease knowing you're not the only one going cruhaaaaazZzy. :] be safe n have fun.

my first time i took 3 hits alone but i dropped em at school, started tripping in my last class but i didnt tell anyone but still got good vibes being around my buddies, and then right wen school ended i started tripping HARD and i spent the rest of a beautiful spring day alone walking through the woods and peoples yards haha. either way u will have fun man just make sure ur ready to do it wen u do
While good friends and good vibes make any trip better, you can still have lots of fun by yourself. Some of the most enlightening and meaningful trips I have had were by myself. I would suggest LOTS of good music (some classic Pink Floyd is a good place to start), a blacklight or two, and a good movie (I would suggest 2001: Space Odyssey .. a very cool movie on Cid), and last but not least a SMILE! If you go into the situation with a positive mindset, and surround yourself with good vibes and things you enjoy you will have a good time. If things start to go bad remember that this is the drug doing this to you and is part of the journey. Don't fight it, just take the ride. These feelings will pass, trying to fight them will just make things worse. I don't think you have much to worry about. If you are prepared and ready you will have a great time! Relax ... Breathe ... SMILE!
movies are good for a solo trip, if you pick the right kind of movie. fight club is my favorite movie, and i've seen it literally hundreds of times, but i don't think i'd want to watch it if i were tripping really hard. some people like challenging stuff like that, but i've been to headspaces that were more negative than i ever want to experience again, so i would want something more positive. bad trips are good if you've never had one. you work through a lot. but you can really only go so far with them before they become masochistic wastes of time... if i were going to trip alone, i'd get outside. somewhere with nature and beauty, but close enough to society that you can be around people if you want to. like a park downtown or a beach near stores and restaurants, or whatever is available wherever you are. acid isn't as scary as you might think it is before you take it. just stay positive (at least until you know the effects well enough to decide you want to go negative) and you'll make it through & have a good time.
with acid I've never had a bad trip no situation is too uncomfortable to me, but then again that's just me Fight Club is the fucking bomb and would probably be a nice trippy experience I'll have to try that sometime. I also like to get people to do club drugs or coke and then watch Requiem for a dream. The reason tripping with people you don't know is difficult is because you're not used to seeing how the people usually act as compared to how you are perceiving them act on acid. Then again you could have a bad trip if you were tripping around a friend who is straight edge. The best way to insure a good trip is to have a night free and some tunes and a friend(or two) to perpetuate the groovy experience. Wow I hate how I sound.
first time i ever tripped i tripped on my own and loved every second of it i was with some friends sitting around a fire for a little but i was the only one on anything after leaving them the trip went full force and it was amazing if u think u can mentally handle it go for it
its mostly about trust - its harder to be trusting of groups that are unknown (new people). its also harder to be trusting of groups that are known to be placing negative judgement or preconception on to you (straightie one eighties)
the second time i tripped my neighbor thought i was breaking in cus i was walkin thru his yard at night and and came out with a HUGE pipe wrench and scared the shit out of me. i was on 2 hits and this was at night, at first i was pretty freaked out but i just told him wat was up and he turned out to be pretty cool, i chilled with him all night and we had a good time, and id never met him before. i think i got pretty lucky in that situation

If its your first time I would definatly suggest doing it with someone else, or having a buddy around.. but thats just my opinion. lol, my first time I took it at a friends house around 8pm and he fell asleep around 10, so I was basically alone for 8 or 9 hours.. I got pretty lonely sitting there. I would definatly do something productive while on it if I were you, and maybe during the day time the night was pretty scary for me but like everyone else said, have fun and stay positive!
I've said this to thousands and I really fucking mean it when I say it. The only kind of trip i've ever had that I could call bad, was one where nothing happend. good images, bad images, good vibes bad vibes whatever, what is happening is product of your very own mind at the time and you will learn greatly still from taking it.
