    ok so i have trouble sleeping and this is multiplied 1000 fold when u add in i take aderall xr and i was talking to my doctor and im trying 2 get him 2 perscribe me somthing and he said he would need approval from a psychartrist i told him my freind told me that xanax worked for him.,

    I would recommend trying the instant release adderall instead. Some people just don't do as well with the XR formulation.

    try to get seroquil, it's so strong it can knock you out in two seconds if your tripping sac (on acid)

    you probably won't get xanax first, and you shouldn't really mention drugs by name. especially ones with potential for abuse.

    get your adderall switched to IR, you'll probably have to try something like ambien or lunesta first, then maybe a few other things, and if none of those work, possibly xanax.
    that's how it's been for me...

    Uh, wasn't it Elvis who took "one pill to wake up and another to sleep"?

    I'd be cautious about taking sleeping meds, which can be addictive, ineffective, and downright dangerous. Cut back on the prescription speed and work on relaxation techniques, pop a Benadryl, or just use natural supplements, like Valerian root, which will put most right to sleep.

    if its mostly the adderall causing insomnia you will need a drug. A short acting D1/D2, antagonist would work well but I don't know of any. So that pretty much leaves the benzos and similarly acting GABA agonists. I'd go with ambien, ghb, or triazolam.
