Musical Commune

Or commune with a big music following/culture

do these exist?

from what i've read, commune life seems congenial, but without music well.

 

dude, i would love a musical commune, just based entirely on making music

 

Many communes make music one of the group recreational activity. Check out the communal directory sites ( ic.org etc. )

 

I have put together 2 such music communities. One in Eugene and one in Austin. I'm in New Orleans now wanting to do same, but anywhere will do really

I would be interested in a self sustaining musical community too.
