I just found my new favourite show

Mystery Science Theater 3000


Never ever heard of it untill 2 days ago where it randomly came on tv. It's actually an old show, started in 1988, ran for 11 years. What I saw though was a movie they made in 1996. It's really different/interesting, and very cult.

Basically, this guy and some robots are trapped on a space station, and this crazy doctor makes them sit down and watch old sci-fi movies from the 50s and 60s. the concept is basically a show within a show. The guy and his robots make hilarious commentray of the film while you watch it. It's actually really funny. Anyone else seen this before, what do you think? I'm going to try and track down some seasons of it.

the show actually went to 1999 it jumped channels from comedy central to scifi a movie came out in 96 funny as shit. ive been watching this since i was 13 im in my mid 20s now its definatly worth checking out
