Whenever I smoke with my best friend he coughs like a bitch after every hit. But I never cough. Like seriously neeevvvverrr. I can only remember around 3 occations when I actually had to cough after a hit. what about you?
exact same here. I NEVER cough but everyone else does. i guess i was built with strong lungs? it never hurts me either.
i posted this elsewhere earlier, but w/e you dont' cough, you don't get off. even though i don't cough too often anymore, this seems to stay true.
wait. so there's two different kinds of coughs. the little sporadic ones, or the serious perpetuating, uncontrollable cough. what i call the whooping cough. (even though i know that's a real cough, and this is nothing like it) once in a while i still let out a little cough to clear my throat, but haven't had whooping cough in a while.
i rarely ever cough either.. and if i do it's because i've taken super huge hits. but i feel higher after i'm done coughing my lungs out. lol, so it's no problem, as long as i have something to drink in handy.
i just switched to a vaporizer because of coughing, it got so bad towards the end but i guess 6 years of heavy smoking will do that to you
I don't cough, unless there is need to after a massive hit. I hate people who don't cough just because they are taking small ass hits, like people I know.
well, this also plays into gag relfex. and no not the gay sort. but from puking and coughing. i mean i've drank and smoked from a young age, so when you're getting shit faced at 15, you've gotta have your shit tight if your parents are strict. (lol i was goig to say tight again) anyway, from smoking inside the house when living with my parents, i've learned not to cought at all costs. i mean in really uncomfortable ways. eyes welling up, and all that. it's all about focus, and clearing your mind. sounds stupid, but works. anyway, taht and overtime you build what i call a 'callous' on your throat. i know that if i take a lenghty break, my throat heals and my voice will actually sound different for a bit. then when i smoke again, it's harsh as hell, until i build up the callous. with all this being said, i guess i only cough when i do unusually massive hits.
i cough all of the time! it sucks, but it's mostly because i'm a chronic asthmatic (have been since i was little) and i smoke too much pot/cigarettes. the good part about coughing is the fact that it makes you a lot higher than if you would hold it, so i guess it's worth it!
i have REALLY bad smoker's cough like almost every time i try to laugh i just end up hacking up my lungs.
i cough alot but sometimes its worse than others like twice i was coughing so bad i threw up it sucked alot but i was outside both times so it was ok but i usally only cough if i smoke alot in a really short period of time like if i am being rushed and i keep hitting it big hit after big hit like on those 2 occasions . but if i start to cough while smoking i try to take a brake for a min. because it attracts to much attention
and you're 15? damn, i thought it was bad i had a tiny smokers cough already and i'm only 19. how many cigs do you smoke a day? damn...
haha ya it sucks but idk, fuck lungs. i smoke like a little over half a pack a day...like 11-12 cigs but ya my ex has been a heavy smoker since he was like 12 so he had an even worse cough. but now he quit and it's kinda better....so i figure mine will go away too.
i rarely ever cough and i take ridiculouosly huge hits compared to my friends and ive noticed that the first time i smoke out of soemthing new (like something ive never smoked out of b4) i cough balls like the first hit and than im all good. i know i have strong lungs kas i smoke all the time and my parents have been smoking cigarettes around me since i was born and i can still run 3 miles and sometimes i smoke out of a 1 gallon jug and use a big ass socket in a waterfall bong and i can take in atleast half of the jug and not cough at all (i know its half kas its all gone in 2 hits)
Yeah most of the people I know that usually smoke schwag cough a lot, and boy do most of the kids at the the public schools smoke schwag. Lol what is better is that they call it "kill" or "murda". Oh well I am sorry for those that have not the lung "stremph" as Jaamar Foote would put it "bluntly" haha.
I have a bad cough right now. My chest hurts from coughing so much. It goes away when I take a long break, but it's only been four days now so my throat is still yucky.
I'm thinking about doing this too, but not every time. I'd like to share a joint with my sis every one in a while.
