I'm trying to find alternatives for household cleansers that are Earth friendly and not tested on animals. (Including laundry and dish soap etc., )I know I could use baking soda, but the companies that make it (Arm & Hammer/Proctor Gamble) test on animals, and I can't support that. I've tried cleaning my floors with vinegar, and that didn't work too well.
Anybody have any other bright ideas? Or know of products that are made by ethical companies? (And nothing too expensive, I'm on a minimal budget!)
    I appreciate input!

I think I remember back when I worked at Wild Oats back in the day we carried a brand called "Seventh Generation" or something like that. It was all natural kind of stuff. I used to buy their dish soap and some other stuff and it worked awesome.

you can use dr bronners for just about anything, dish soap, floor soap, body soap, hair soap, anything soap and i think it works fine for laundry too. theres gotta be a brand of baking soda that isnt connected with animal testing. try a health food store.

Dr. Bonners & 7th Generation are both awesome...you can also try products made by Tom's, but I think they might primarily make cosmetics/toiletries.

    Just curious, are you vegetarian/vegan?

hehehe thanks for the suggestions. I will definatly check out the links you've given me. I am trying to make better choices. I am working on being Vegan. I am trying to find alternatives and now I've cut down on meat and dairy but not completely out....that will take time with the family...but I'm in the process of making good changes.
I'm looking for options online because there are no health food stores around here at all. The nearest one is about an hour away and I can't get there. (car is in chystler hell.)
