Is It Possible To Buy Fake Mushrooms?

Swim's shroom connect won't be able to get him a large amount till this saturday, but swim wants to trip now so he is going to Hippy Hill tomorrow to buy some shrooms from there. Now sometimes swim gets weed from there if swim's weed connect doesn't come through, this is rareley though. But swim has never really bought shrooms from there. But I'm curious, is it actually possible to buy fake shrooms? It's pretty much impossible to sell fake weed since weed is so unique to tell the difference. But what about with shrooms? I'm assuming if they sold fake mushrooms it would be non-fatal mushrooms since if swim died from it the dealer could be facing a homicide charge. But even if it was non-fatal, swim doesn't want to be sold fake shrooms.

Have you ever been sold fake shrooms? Is it possible?

 

Peopele have been and can be sold fake mushrooms. A lot of mushrooms look alike and many are similar to psychoactive species. Know your shit. Don't seem soft and easy to rip off either. Then people will certainly rip you off *has had it happen*

 

i had a friend who bought fake shrooms once, and i ate them and didn't trip at all.
they didn't make me sick or anything, just nothing happened.

 

hell real 'shrooms can do that. I've eaten 8th's of stuff SWIM has grown and haven't gotten anything. It wasn't until next time when I added an MAOI.

Bought them from spores101. It's not the spores. It's the growing conditions and strain. And species, but most people would grow Cubensis. B+ is terrible. Hollow stems, small cap to stem ratio and whatnot. Boo.

ive never been sold fake mush but im pretty sure it happens. it may happen because of misidentification or somethin if somebody went shroom hunting but it prob just happens cause its easier to get fake shrooms and its a quick way to make some money

i bought some once only thing that sucks is couldn't tell if they were legit and lost there potency over time or if i just got fucked over but an 8th did nothing

 

I've never been sold bogus mushies. It is possible. If you look at the dried mushiroom section of the store, there are some look alikes, and it would be a easy few bucks to sell to a naive person.

That said, I think that you can magic mushrooms from not, at least if they're pretty whole mushrooms. Look at pics on shroomery and see if the match. I'd be a little wary if they were powdered or pulverized beyond recognition.

Also, people get sold bogus weed all the time. It usually happens on street deals where you don't have the luxury of a good look at the product.

If you look at the product, follow your instincts, and don't act naive, you have a good chance of getting a good product.
