Peace be upon you and everyone!

This divine attribute means: The One Who repairs and reforms; The One Who fulfils the needs of people; The One Who rules His creation according to His will (but without compulsion) ; That Being Who continues to be higher and higher and Whose respect never reduces.

Attribute Al-Jabbar appears in verse :

He is Allah, there is none worthy of worship except Him, Al-Malik (the Sovereign), Al-Quddus (the Holy One), Al-Salam (the Source of Peace), Al-Momin (the Bestower of Security), Al-Mohaimin (the Protector), Al-Aziz (the Prevailer), Al- JABBAR ( the Repairer / the Subduer), Al-Mutakabbir (the Exalted). Holy is Allah, far above that which they associate (with Him). (ch 59, v 24)

God is sovereign without any default. It is obvious that human sovereignty is not without default. For instance, if all the subjects of an earthly sovereign were to leave their country etc, his sovereignty would come to an end, as explained by the blessed promised reformer (mta.tv) . God is source of peace. He bestows security. He safeguards all and is supreme over all and sets right all that might have gone wrong and is completely self-sufficient.

In terms of people, the word Jabbar has different meanings and it stands for tyrant behaviour and haughtiness. For example these meanings are used in (5:23) , (26:131) . Some countries behave with others like that. Unfortunately, some muslim governments are involved in persecutions, they do it to please fanatics. Such wrong acts rebound.

The meanings of haughtiness cannot be possibly used for God because He is flawless Sovereign. All peace comes from Him. He protects human. He repairs what is broken. Attributes of God take human close to God to get Divine mercy.

Message of peace is to all hearts. Reformation cannot be done with force.
