As you may all be aware of salvia has become illegal in the following states: North Dakota , Louisiana, Missouri, Delaware, Tennessee, Illinois and Oklahoma. Now my question is, is there anywere that will ship to any of these states. I have found people over ebay before to ship, but they are few in far between. There is still no risk of getting cought shipping it anyway because there arn't Salvia sniffing dogs in the post office. Please help! I Neeeeeeeeed Salvia!!!!!!!
I wouldnt risk it, there is a huge chance of you getting caught. Im sure you know nothing about how the US post office works. Your best bet is to go drive out of state and stock up on 50 grams or so.
If you can get a place within the US to ship it there you've got no problem. There's no state to state customs..... There are sites that will sell shit like Peyote seeds to the US which is super illegal so I'm sure places are out there. There are hundreds of sites that will ship it worldwide. Bah. Salvia. =(
Don't chance it, the first salvia prosecution of salvia possession has occured and even though he had only 2 grams on him it was determined that it was for distribution and he is facing 30 years. I believe you Honda I sent the D.A. some info on Salvia and hopefully he will determine that the amount he had on him was only for personal use and not distribution and let's pray that it will be lowered to simple possession and be lowered to a fine. Hope it works. 1Love
