I am going to be travelling solo in Europe this summer and was wondering if there are any hostels in Amsterdam with single rooms? Its just if I hadn't met anyone I would want a single private room. Anyone know? Reccomend a good place? thanks
What a geek, this guy is 39 and is acting like a child. He wastes time telling me to google it, don't you think ive done that already?!?! I have found hostels and private rooms but their expensive, and how would I know if anyone would reccomend them? By asking here! Why waste your time replying when you could have at least given some sort of helpful response. I give up Il try elsewhere.
you want a single, private room? by isolating yourself in such a way, you restrict yourself from the best part of travelling: meeting random people. not to mention a private room is much more expensive than a shared one. as for the hostel, well, I have no experience, but I'm staying at the flying pig uptown hostel, award winning and run by the same people who run the flying pig downtown hostel which has been named #1 in the world on several lists. I'm sure either one would be fantastic. I can let you know about the uptown one in about three weeks
