I use mousse actually. And most of my shirts have buttons. This is the one I wore today. It was black. I hope I'm still cool.
honestly i really hate seeing men with gelled hair. i love natural, soft, dry hair! unless of course they only use a little, to cut down on frizz. then i don't have a problem with it.
I almost spit my food out of my mouth laughing when i saw that pic. With those serious badass looks on their faces. What a bunch of fags.
I use aloe to slick my hair down...if my hair stands up, I look like some kind of maniac....and the frufru button down shirts...pfft...what's wrong with a plain pocket tee? clothes don't make the man, despite what a lot of people think....and I think looking at the ferretboys in this thread proved that...lol
I agree wholeheartedly about hair gel. I must say however that a lot of guys I know who wear it are genuinely lovely people that I consider simply "unaware" or "yet to be converted". They probably think my unkempt, towel dried, never brushed mod looks ridiculous just as I feel the same about their greasy slick porcupines. Its not the look of hair gel that is most worrying. It is the fact that somebody was vain enough to dip their hand in a tub of chemical goo and mould it into their hair, spending up to half an hour working it out to the ideal shape. That time could be spent reading, masturbating, contemplating one's existence, helping others in need. In fact, If everybody set out to stop applying make up, hair gel or any other cosmetic and used the time wasted every day on INNER self improvement, the world would be a much more harmonious place. Also, hair gel is not necessary. If you do desire to give your hair a little slick, just don't shampoo it for several days to several weeks. Wet it, but don't shampoo. The natural grease that will build up over time is a far superior product and nobody will know the difference. Just don't tell anyone your secret because it is generally met with disgust.
There used to be a time when I would get angry and rant about what other people chose to wear. Then, I got a life of my own. Now I laugh at them AND the people who get worked up by them.
Nobody is getting worked up. It is no big issue. We just like laughing at people who we perceive to be stupid. Just like you are. In the end it all comes back around and we are all just big idiots who should just be laughing at ourselves.

It doesn't work for me until my hair's more than 4" long and heavy enough to lay down on its own power anyway...otherwise, I look like I stuck my finger in a light socket. I've always suffered from the semipermanant cowlick...lol. At least I've got the good sense to use aloe, and not some bizzare chemical cocktail....but I have what my friends called 'heihachi hair' (from the tekken character)
I only wear t-shirts and hoodies and I've stopped using any kind of product in my hair, except soap when I wash it sometimes. I generally don't worry about what people wear or look like, but the guys in that photo crack me up. I don't see why you'd want to look exactly the same as all your friends.
I don't like hair gel either. My hair gets greasy in two days' time, so I have natural fat on it, and gel reminds me of greasy hair. lol.
Shut the fuck up, get some hair gel, join the rest of us. NOW!! and your leisure suit comment, greatly offends me.. you want me to shave my mustache too??? at least we don't go around judging everyone who wears a leisure suit, gels their hair, or wears shirts. you think youre better than me?!!
Gel is lame, and bad for your hair, I use texture putty, keeps a great natural look, maximum control, matte finish and a nice aftershave smell.
Wow, they look more feminine than I do...I smell penciled on facial hair! as for hair gel, use it if you want I guess... I use nothing, my grease makes my hair go the way it wants to go...
I use spray and I wear shirts like that all the time. Today I have on a red one. I hope I'm still cool.
What's really funny is that they probably only used the self-tanner on their hands and face...Ah, kids ...in 20 years they'll be hiding these photos... Oompah, loompah, doobah dee doo...
