Found some tablets with DXM...

So I found 23 chewable tablets of the Walgreens brand of "Children's Non-Aspirin Cold Plus Cough" today. Here's the ingredients:

Acetaminophen 80 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 0.5 mg
DEXTROMETHOROHAN HYDROBROMIDE 2.5 mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 7.5 mg

I don't know much about DXM, and don't know if I should take it. Its expiration is from 03/05, so don't know if that would make me sick. Should I take them? Or maybe I could extract the DXM out of them?

i wouldnt take to many, the aceteminoohine isnt at al toxic at those levels but Pseudoephedrine is chemical used to make meth and i dont know what could happen is you take to much of that. as for the expiry date, those are proboly for the fillers so i would extract the dxm. i dont know though, im just guessing

 

Personnally I wouldn't take them, go for a dxm-only product, the other ingriedients can have nasty side effects.

That is barely anything, it takes between 30 and 60 mg for an adult to suppress a cough. By the time you were feeling anything from the DXM you would probably be dead. Their worthless, except for little kids trying to get rid of a cough.

Get some robotussin or something, read the DXM FAQ so you don't hurt yourself. Peace.

 

yeah even if you took all 23 pills you still would not catch any high.

 

Very true you need around 400-500 mg of dxm to even get a upper first or second level platue high. Get some syrup or robo pills and go in that direction. Contact me if you want more info on dxm. Its my favorite type of high. Theres even a way to get dxm in free base(pure) form.

That is a nasty lil by-product, i wouldnt suggest taking any dxm at high doses with that stuff in it, at high enough levels it wont only make you sick but can cause seizures, and in alot of cases with younger folks who like to dxm trip they dont realize that this by product can be fatal..

i would go with just dxm only products.

 

dont take them for recreational purposes. get the dxm only products as Wooden has stated.
