we would rely on renewable .. reusable resources (solar, wind and water powers)
the technology is out there already our ignorance to it will not save us

all forms of transportation that run off from fossil fuels would be immediately recycled into hybrid models that run off of solar and other stored energies that come from renewable sources.
I guess I think that punishment for my hypothetical law is already in place.
If we continue the way we are we are creating our own prison.

no if they did not put enough back to exist when unable to provide for themselves any longer they should not be given a hand out. once again as stated before if someone wants them as there burden that is there choice but the government has no business keeping a useless eater alive..

Well, from what I know, America was founded on the exploitation of those less well off than others and the extermination of those who got in the way of financial progress. Not exactly two of the most humane principles ever, are they?

I do disagree with the reliance of able bodied people on the welfare state but I also think that those who may physically be unable to provide for themselves should be shown some compassion.

I imagine that if you have some debilitating accident then, and run into financial difficulty because of this, you wlll volunteer yourself for euthanasia.

I suppose you just see things people do in much different terms than most. Perhaps in the event of a pendemic, an extreme case, your methods would have more popularity, but with everyday living, I highly doubt anyone thinks they are playing god. Just doing what is right to them.
