Clonazepam (klonopin), need some help.

Okay, I been dating my new girlfriend for about two weeks now. And just today she finally tells me she has a script for clonazepam!! they are only 1mg, but she got almost an unlimited supply!

we were chillin tonight and she gave me two pills which equals 2mgs, so I drank a Heineken pint and ate two 1mg klonies. But I barely felt shit, and this is the first time I ever try klonopin/clonazepam.

Now as some of you may know, I fucked around with xanax for a while and developed somewhat of a tolerance. I need atleast 2-3 bars (4-6mg) of xanax to feel anything. Thats why Im thinking the 2mg of clonazepam didnt do shit, even thought I gulped them down with a heineken.

So I got two questions:

1)Considering I need at least 4-6mg of xanax to feel good, how many mgs of klonopin would that be equivalent to? How many mgs should I take to feel nice?

2)What about mixing benzos? Is that a good idea and would it work? Like eating 4mg of xanax and 2-4mg of klonopin.

I know wheres plenty of people here who've tried all benzos. Xanax is the only one I've tried until today, when I tried clonazepam for the first time, but was dissapointed because of the low dosage it didnt do shit.

 

do it by itself and wait an hour or two for it to kick in, take more as needed but do not overdo it (dont think you will since you have a tolerance). klonopins are like xanax without the withdrawals for me.

 

but how many mgs will have me feeling nice? I gotta take 4-6mgs of alprazolam to feel nice. How many mgs of clonazepam would I need?

 

you would need about the same ammount. I'd start with 4mgs and move up from there. After I built a tolerance to clonzepam I was taking 16+mgs and feeling very little.

 

I guess I' ll just ask my girl for a couple more mgs, though she's stingy with that shit! =(

 

The ONLY time I have taken klonopin, I ate 8mg and it barely did anything. You may want to eat that much, or more. Considering you're a xanax veteran, you'll be able to handle whatever effects klonopin throws your way.

 

i took 5mg my first time and was litterally pretty fucked up.. 2-3mgs makes me feel good.. and im a big guy.. ~280lbs

I got 2mg stashed away, im gonna tell her to give me 6mg more. lol she's gonna trip out. But fuck that, I've been wanting and waiting so long to try other benzos its not even funny. Finally I come across a benzo that's not xanax.

 

this is where everyone disagrees with me,,, go online and type in benzo conversion chart but i dont agree with that shit for 2 reasons
1.every benzo conversion chart is different (and every doctor thinks there chart is correct, completley ignorant of the fact that their partners book says something completley different.
2. every benzo has a different half life, so on those charts its taking into consideration how long ur fucked up for, not how fucked up

so according to MOST charts,,, 1mg xanax=.5 mg Klonopin

BUT klonopin lasts twice as long as xanax,,, so my theorey is not that klonopin is twice as strong as xanax, i believe klonopin is just as strong as xanax it just lasts twice as long klonopin lasts around 8 hours while xanax is around 4

take however many mg's u take of xanax of klonopin just expect to be fucked up twice as long...but i dont know if benzos have cross tolerance....

 

Yeah, that's my question. Does anyone know if benzo's have cross-tolerance??

 

got the spins... i could barely stand and somehow was able to stumble to the bathroom and throw up.. then passed out

 

id just take 4 mg for my first time,,,its gonna feel like 2 barz that lasts for 8 hours,,,but not as euphoric as xanax, clonazepam is a more relaxed feeling...but u wanna remember the night, and you could always mix the benzos, thats fine (just dont eat crazy dosages), but when trying a new drug for the first time i always try it alone so i can get a sense of how it differs from other substances...

i love clonazepam cuz the buzz and feel seems so similar to marijuana.. that just chilled out feel ya know? fuckin love it.. just got my hands on 8mg of kpins
