Why are "drugs" illegal?

America is probably like the most fucked up country Ever.
and like no disrespect, but theirs so much wrong with this country.
like the "drug" problem for example.
the reason why "drugs" are illegal. is because they dont want you smoking your drugs, and getting high your own way. america wants you smoking Their dugs, that they say is suppose to help you get better, but it just fuckes you up even more. its all about control. thats all.
i bet you "drugs" would become legal if the government found a way to profit from drug dealers. but they cant. they cant make money from it, so they try to put a stop to it.

jesus man go buy a pack of cigarettes or alcohol and they are heavily taxed by the government. Now when the government puts a tax on something this money goes to them. I really dont understand where u get lost there

I don't understand why hippies would want 'the man' to have control of their stash. Then you'd have to buy drugs from George Bush!

 

I'm not saying to neccesarily legalize it and put it in the government's hands, but just decriminalize it so no more lives are ruined.

 

I personally think that the government is a bunch of bullshit dickheads that rig the elections. Like Bush. And I think that the government made drugs illegal just so they could put even more money in their pockets. But im not really sure. Im only 13. But just because im young doesn't mean i don't know the truth. Zeppelin Rules!!!!

I think alcohol is definetly safer than crack and meth... the reason there are more alcohol deaths is because its use is much more widespread and culturally

Do you remember as a child, if you saw a big red button that says 'DO NOT PRESS', you would press it and laugh your ass off. Now as a big and bad adult, you are told 'DO NOT DO DRUGS', and many of us do them without thinking and laugh our asses of, meanwhile perceiving ourselves 'elevated' above others because we break the rules. Many of the drugs that are popular nowadays will cause the user to hole up at someone's house and become sedated and will occassionaly cause the user to be arrested and put through databases. Some drugs (psychoactives) can inspire original thought, but people are biased against them so opiates, coke, weed, and others are more popular.


Whoever thought of the 'no drug' rule might have put a little more thought into it than we originally anticipated. So I ask of you, please do not become obsessed with drugs, and do not destroy your head even more than it already is, because if this rule is complex reverse psychology, than you are simply being put on a leash by doing drugs.

 

Ccontrolling it for money & so pharmacies can perscribe it to you and leagally sell you drugs. Alcohol is poison & kills 99.99% of bacteria, etc... drink enough to be the same amount as the germ is getting & you will die too! cigs have over 10,000 chemicals in it, but thats ok. Weed has around 400 and that makes it a BAD DRUG. mushrooms tell the truth and give visions & knoledge that might cause you to stand up for your rights and oppose the govt. herion & coke are not necessacerily good in the purified & concentrated form, but as a plant medication for if your injured they can be good. coke was/is yousd for eye surgery. any drug can be good used religiously or for visionary reasons.


the only problem is that people allow themselfs to become addicted. on comparison of deaths caused from plants vs alcohol & modified tobacco i do believe alch & m Topbac kills by far MORE people than anything else. no one has died from pot as far as i know, and because of the fact that you cant die, well that makes it BAD. cant thin out the population by letting them get high & see visions. a nice war will do the trick. get one that will last forever... war on drugs, war on terror... both will allways survive as good does win over evil.

we are killing woman & children in iraq, ive seen vids of american/british troops beatin the piss out of iraqi kids & Laughing cause they think the iraqis are the bad ones... what say you if we were iraq, or better yet, iraq invaded us & was kiling your familes, your kids, your wives. how would you feel? wouldnt that make you stand up and fight? they allready killed your entire family for oil, what else do you have to live for? you see on news of blown up children, men & woman, but do you ever see any blown up terrorists? alquada? NO.

in my humble opinion, drugs are the cause of peace and happiness. if you want power & control, you have to get rid of them so that the people will ask for help to make peace. at that point you are enslaving yourself. get rid of what makes people happy, and you will create a bunch of crazy people that will do whatever it takes to have peace, even murder, if they think it will do it. kill off every peaceful person and your left with a hell on earth.

the real reasons... and this is fact... is because back in early 1900s the mexicans brought it to america and before anyone could even begin to understand it the christians labeled it as a horrible mind altering crazy loco drug...

and... there was a guy who owned a big newspaper and paper company and it involved some politics too... i dont remember all that well... but because of the hemp farmers makin paper he started losing money and he and others teamed up and started printing how "bad" marijuana is in the newspaper and saying it makes u crazy and what not and it eventually became illegal... and im pretty sure those guys are the ones responsible for making the movie reefer madness... if u have seen that bullshit movie.. lol
