In my more inexperienced days, I would take any pill in the hopes that it'd feel like hydrocodone...well, they don't. Duh. Anycrap, for me the biggest let down was Darvocet. It does nothing at all. NOTHING! Also crappy were Flexeril and Skelaxin and ALL muscle relaxers, which just give me a headache...Xanax bars are cool, but didn't do the trick for me like they did for others. I'm not a big fan of benzos unless it's for genuine anxiety, but to each her own... What's been your biggest pill letdown?
I'd say Xanax was my biggest letdown. For some reason I thought it was a good recreational drug. No euphoria or high whatsoever, just tired and out of it. As you said though, I'm sure they would be effective for anxiety. As you said, Muscle relaxers, darvocets, etc are also useless, but at least I had no expectations for them. I don't do pills too much anymore but when I do, I love percocet 10's to chill or adderall when I have alot of work to do.
...come on people. do your research before you make something up just to respond to someone's post. Darvocet does NOT contain hydrocodone. It contains 100mg propoxyphene and 650mg acetaminophen. they do suck though. No euphoria/high, just a rather weak sedation at high doses. as for my biggest pill disappointment, probably xanax(alprazolam). I like other benzos like klonpin(clonazepam) and valium(diazepam), but xanax... really weak sedation without any sort of high/relaxation properties that I could feel.
