road trip for the whole summer...

my friend and i are planning a road trip that will last from next week until september. possibly longer. we're planning to hit a ton of hotsprings; moving up through california, then going into oregon, washington, and then canada as we make our way up into alaska. we're going to be driving for most of it, but we intend to sell the car at some point and take the rest of the trip by foot.

we were wondering if anyone could reccomend good hippie food/ health food restaurants or stores that we should keep our eyes open for on our trip, or if anyone could suggest some good vegetarian munchies for in the car or for while camping. we're on a very healthy diet, staying away from sugar and wheat/ gluten due to allergies.

also, if anyone can reccomend any great landmarks or cool places to check out anywhere around the areas we are going to, we'd totally love to hear about them so we can have more stuff to do

all along threre is amazing places but if your gonna be wandering all summer ya should definately hit the wyoming gathering too


as for food screw goin out to eat u should plan on cooking over a fitre as much as u can and have an alternate way to cook when u cant.
hit farms up for fresh vegggies
goin out to eat and stuff will screw your travel budget bad

 

Um in the pacific northwest, you probably can get health food at Wal-Mart. have fun.
