Would it be apparent if it were on my bud?

I got this new bud, and every time I smoke it, it seems to make me a bit spacier, mellower, and warmer (sometimes with cramps) than I'm used to. I've been feeling a lot less motivated lately. The first day I got this bud, I took a massive hit from my bong. I don't remember much of that night except that it was painful - I was sure I'd have a heart attack. I have had very little motivation since.

At that point, I just thought I might want to avoid taking that big a hit again.

This morning I was trying to clear up my bong stem by holding a flame up to the bowl; I was sure I smelled opium. I think I might be paranoid, but I've even started to think my hits have tasted a bit sweeter than usual.

I've never seen opium, but I have smelled it.

Would I be able to tell if it were on the bud?

 

and it cost 20 for like a gram

 

the cramps and spaciness make me think your pot might be laced with a small amount of amphetamine which can cause a spaced-out feeling when combined with cannabinoids like weed, and can also cause muscle spasm/cramps.

Not sure, but i've seen it happen before.

It doesnt make sense, why would someone lace weed and not tell you? consider it a hookup I guess.
