Sudafed contains pseudoephedrine and CAN cause false postives for amphetamines, as all amphetamines are derived from ephedrine. Just make sure to list all drugs you're taking BEFORE the drug test (or look up the ones that'll cover any illicit drugs you happen to be on, like Ibuprofen for pot, etc.)
