Although I'm probably gonna get flamed for taking Coricidin, I only take 8 at a time, so that should be well below the lethal dose of CPM. I've DXM tripped many times, and I've also tripped on Diphenhydramine, the active ingredient in Benadryl. I've heard that mixing DXM and DPH can be enjoyable as well, however all I have is Coricidin to supply the dose of DXM. Anyway, I was just wondering if taking around 20 Benadryl (300 mg of DPH) would be hazardous to my health and/or my life if I took it along with Coricidin, which contains CPM, an already potent decongestant/antihistamine(?). True enough, but my weed dealer just got busted, and it's hard to find hard shit around here on short notice. So, these are the things I've got in front of me and I'm just wondering if I'll die if I take them.
sounds like a bad time to me. throw out the coricidin, you shouldn't be taking it to get high. get something that contains only dextromethorpan in it. beneadryl will just dry you up REALLY bad, and probably make you fall asleep. you will also get itchy, and everything will be made up of purple gel stuff that constantly twitches. its the worst shit ever, so dont try it. get some syrup with ONLY DXM in it, like a 4oz or somethin.
Yeah, I usually go for the Zicam Cold Mist Spray, but that shit tastes horrible. They were sold out anyway, though. So were the Robotussin Cough Gels; if I can get them, I prefer a pill.
it wont kill ya or anything, just dont do it to much. and from now on just get stuff that contains only dxm or dont do it.
i wouldnt mix the benadryl with the coricidin because thats taking two different antihistamines together. but taking a little diphenhydramine a few hours before you take the dxm is cool sometimes.
