Just get a thin dildo and some lube (I recommend a water-based one like WET) and explore. It helps if you warm up the dildo by running it under some warm water. Make sure the room isn't cold either. This helps you relax. Rub the dildo around the outside of your hole while you jack. Soon you'll loosen up and be ready to insert it.
