What would happen if you really wanted to blaze, you had bud, but no zigzags....whould you still get as high if you used one of those sticky blank labels and rolled with that(sticky side in)?
ahhh no stick notes! lol we've all been there, not worth it. make a ghetto out of a soda can or something. just avoid plastic, window screens, copper, stuff like that. worse comes to worse use like blank computer paper to roll with, its the glue and ink you want to avoid.

i usally dont use zigzags for the rare times i dont feel like using my bowl or goin to get a blunt i use the outer wraping of toilet paper rols like the tissue paper stuff its really not bad at all
a sticky note...? lol i'm gonna pretend i didn't actually hear someone suggest that. in my days of experimenting with different homemade smoking devices, i've come to find that the best one is a bottle. Get a regular water bottle, take the cap off and dispose of it. Also dispose of any stickers or wrappers on or around the bottle. There should be a small, thin white thing around the bottom of where the cap was (the perforated thing that connects to the cap when unopened.) Take that off, but save it. Get a small piece of foil and place it over the top of the opened bottle. You can press it as much as you want; it depends how big you want the bowl to me, but i usually make it average sized. Then, carefully place the small, thin white thing back on the bottle over the foil to hold it in place. Be careful not to rip the foil in the process. The next thing is the smoking hole and the carb. On one side of the bottle, hold the lighter up to your desired spot for as many seconds as it takes until the hole is big enough. Then do the exact same thing wherever you want your carb to be. (I've always made the smoking hole bigger and the carb smaller because all you need is to cover it with a finger. The bigger the smoking hole, the harder it will hit.) Wipe away any black shit that may have covered the areas around the holes. As for the final step, get a pin and poke small holes all on the inside of the bowl. Don't make then TOO close together, because if you do, after awhile of smoking they will break together resulting in bigger holes. But it all depends on how often you wish to change the foil. I used to let it go awhile before changing. Once you have finished these steps you will have your own long lasting, home made bowl. (Often referred to as "Bottle" lol at least in my area it is.) But I used to get pretty fucked up using these. I still make them every now and then if I'm out and in need of a smoking device. Although, not too long ago I smoked with a can for old times sake haha. Another interesting and fun thing to do is shape the bottle. Especially while blitzed lol. Hold the lighter up to the bottle, but not too close, just slowly run along the sides in whatever directions you want. The bottle will bend inwards, making a wave-shape. I like to start from the bottom and work my way up to the top, creating a spiral shape running all along the bottle. One of my old friends who i used to talk to did this and then actually painted it different colors, it was pretty cool Hope this helped =P
