We here in finnland are celebrating "Vappu" which is festival of starting summer We have cold weather for 4-7 months a year when you need much clothes and stuff But now finnally i wear only jeans and a t shirt outside (no shoes if possible) I don't know how is weather in other countries but summers here inf Finnland! I know this ain't so important thin but i just had to make thread about this Peace,love,happines and great summer for evryone
Ooh, I'm so jealous! lol. I LOVE summer! I'm in the USA, in Washington DC, and it's been raining for the past few days here. It really sucks, 'cause it's almost May, and it was just starting to warm up... but then... rain and cold again. How cold does it get during the winters in Finland?
Well i remember that in Suomusalmi (East from Oulu) had some time -52 celsius But at last winter in here Oulu it was something like -35c at the coldest days But i'm not sure how cold it has been in the Northest Finnland this winter propably -40c And it was yesterday +22 and today +4 but in tomorow it's gonna be like +14c so we're getting closer to summer

Summer over here in england means the rain temporarily dries up and everybody gets out their shorts only to have the heavens open again and bucket down with more rain. Still, it's not been that bad this weekend, actually some sunshine!
I live in Canada and only spring is here...but it's nice outside! It's been beautiful outside to the point where I have to go outside in shorts and t shirts, it's just too damn nice outside!
Yeah...In the beginning of April we got tons more snow...just after all of it had melted. That stalled my job, because I work at a golf course.
snow is almost all gone here (eastern canada)....but it beats the cold i have to endure in the winter in northern canada .........-48C last winter ...and that isn't with the windchill ..i heard with the windchill it was -63C
My granpa tells me often about finish winter war (tough he wasn't there) He tells lot of things no one belives but some old photos proved that if you peeded in those temperatures it would freeze in the air
i've seen cold but never cold enough your pee would freeze in the air .....my son used to fly the arctic and the coldest he's seen is -79C...and that still wasn't cold enough to freeze pee in mid air
I live in Australia too, and it's getting really cold here. I can't take cold weather But it's ok, I'll survive Uhhhh have fun with summer!!!! peace love Jane
