great band.

when i saw them at the Greek in 06, holy shit! they played a cover of Dylan's ''Hard Rain" and it was the best shit i'd ever heard!

bobby's voice mixed with the powerful drone they had in the background.....oh my god, it was intense...

I've never been to a concert but i know they're damn good...im mean it has bobby,how is it not good?

 

its funny that you say that, because for years i just never listened to these guys.....i was a huge dead fan and loved Weir....but i just never picked up a disc....then i heard a show and i was all like "what the fuck took me so long to listen to these guys??? I mean its bob fucking weir!"

just saw bobby & ratdog outside of philly a couple weeks ago. I've seen them 3 times and would gladly see them again for sure. I really like bobby but I would see DSO over ratdog anynight. But without bobby their would have been no DSO. I regress... bobby's the man!

 

Ive seen the Dog now more than Ive seen the Dead, "Keep rolling Bobby just a mile to go.. Keep on rolling Bobby my old buddy your moving much to slow!" will be at least a couple more months before hes within driving range. but Philly isnt that far. I would of loved to have seen him. been to philly dozens of times You guys make a great Audience out there.. Philly DEAD shows were the tops in my running with th dead days.. Great run of shows.. East coast was kicking before Garcia died.

 

ive seen bobby about ten times, and i havnt caught a bad show yet! they play a freak nasty other one!

10-27-07 The Hampton beach casino ballroom show. Was my first concert ever, and it grooved majorly. I want to see some more shows but my parents are way overcontrolling.
