The march for marijuana.

A few friends and I have decided that we are going to start a walk across America next July for the legalization of marijuana. We are going to walk all over America and would like people to join as we go. If anyone is interested in joining please reply and name the state you live in to help us plan our walk. The walk will begin in Springfield Mo and end in Washington D.C. We would like to have at least 100 people ready to start off the walk.

Good luck with that. I'm in Tennessee. Holler back at me closer to the time and we shall see how it fits into my plans at the time. Long way off, you know. Good luck anyways. Mainly because if we diverted all that money wasted chasing drugs into education, we wouldn't have such a crappy education system.

 

I am planning it a year from now so that people can plan to go. They can save money to pay bill's why they are gone. I'm trying to get sponcers also. I'm going to post more about the walk when I get more people. So if you are going to go let me know what state you are from.

Mt. Shasta city, California. Should plan it for summer so it's warm and no school/college.

 

I am planning it to be in July. I think that is a good time.

There is this bill going threw congress right now that will allow marijuana to be somewhat legal. Here is a link so that everyone can read it and find out more about it. If the bill goes threw then we may not do the walk. But we are starting a activest group called " We the people " I will post more when we decide what all we want to stand for. So far we want the people to have a say so and not the government.

 

Well definetly keep us updated. The link to the website about the bill passing through congress on the semi-legalization of marijuana is not present. If you could please post the link, I would like to check it out myself to see if there is anything I can do to support it.

So the bill did not pass. The Senate did not even give it a chance. It died on May 1. So I guess we are still doing the walk. So who all is up for it? I just want to change the country. I don't think the government is fair.
